Distilled by Burleighs Gin in partnership with the Royal British Legion, the new gin is available exclusively online from the official Poppy Shop

The Royal British Legion are the country’s largest Armed Forces charity, with 235,000 members and 110,000 volunteers. Proceeds from sales of the Poppy Gin will go directly to the Legion, helping to provide life-long support to our Armed Forces community.

The Poppy gin officially launched on Monday evening with the first batch selling out within just 3 hours. Following the high demand, a full re-stock is taking place and will be available to order online from 10.00am on Friday 18th September.

The hand-crafted, premium gin pays direct homage to the Royal British Legion and Armed Forces with a unique botanical recipe that features poppy seed and a standout bottle design with cascading poppies.

Distilled in the heart of England, Burleighs latest collaboration with the Royal British Legion joins a collective of partnerships that includes Leicester City FC, the King Richard III foundation and the Marilyn Monroe estate.

About the Royal British Legion Poppy Gin

A truly authentic and quintessentially British gin, the recipe comes alive with silver birch, dandelion, burdock and elderberry. A juniper forward gin with citrus tones, the Poppy Gin is perfectly balanced by the addition of poppy seeds, paying homage to the Royal British Legion and the Poppy Appeal.

Every single bottle of the Poppy Gin is hand-crafted and distilled on a beautiful copper pot still. It is the design of the still, careful sourcing of ingredients and great skill of the distiller that all contribute to the smooth nature of the product, enjoyed perfectly in a classic gin & tonic.

The Poppy Gin is available to purchase exclusively online from www.poppyshop.org.uk
